So he'll bail if Haas is actually out?

Benjamin should run anyway. He could be a bigger deal in TNA or NJPW or something. RoH is really beneath him on a lot of levels. Especially since RoH have wasted him for a long time.

Well he was pretty much done after this show anyways since apparently TNA and WWE want him.

I had wondered how long that would take. It always seemed like he was seriously slumming it in Ring of Honor. His work in the ring kind of reflected it too.

Their first few matches in ROH (KOW on 9/11/10, Briscoes at the Anniversary Show, KOW and Wolves WM 27 weekend) were fucking great. Everything after that was just another show to them and you can't have that mindset, especially in a company like ROH.

Everything after that was just another show to them and you can't have that mindset, especially in a company like ROH. The knock on Shelton behind the scenes was always that he had all the physical tools and in-ring ability to be a big player, but he had a tendency to half-ass it and do just enough to get by once he was comfortable in his position. His ROH tenure seems to have enforced that. Anyway, he had already opted to not sign an extension of his ROH deal (which is why they did the WGTT split like they did) and I was sort of expecting someone else to wrestle Haas as a "surprise" at Supercard Of Honor anyway.

The live reports make him sound like a grab A ass.
Though he did bash the shit out of Kevin Kelly which I find to be more than acceptable.

Kinda funny that all the promos leading up to the match, Haas kept saying Shelton wouldn't show up, now he's not.
Personally, I think they'll turn Steen face, and it'll be Steen Vs. SCUM... and I think it'll happen soon.

I hope they finally turn him face and the fans boo the shit out of him.
I think he needs to leave SCUM though. He's maybe the 4th most interesting member of the group.

Steen is just not that interesting. It amazes me that they're going to probably let him go for so long as the champion.

Snowflakes: QT and Evans/TD and ACH: ** Benjamin/Bennett: **3/4 Lethal/Elgin: ****1/2 SCUM/ROH: ***1/2 Strong/Anderson: ***1/2 Cole/Taven/Hardy: ***1/4 Wolves/ReDRagon: ****1/2 Steen/Briscoe: ***1/2
Really good show, worth more than the $15 I paid to see it.
