I like the poster. Young/MVP will be okay. I doubt good but it will probably be solid. I wouldn't pay to see it.

MVP/EY is a cage match, btw. EDIT: Also, this isn't the 12th Slammiversary. It's the 12th Anniversary of TNA. Slammiversary started, I think, in 2005 which would make this one #10. Holy shit, if TNA lives to see Bound For Glory this year they can say they got to Bound For Glory X. I like the poster. Young/MVP will be okay. I doubt good but it will probably be solid. I wouldn't pay to see it. You haven't seen a MVP match that wasn't him being carried around by Benoit, have you?

Holy shit, if TNA lives to see Bound For Glory this year they can say they got to Bound For Glory X. Well... That numbering system is intellectually dishonest. Is it a cage match? I don't see anything on their website identifying it as such. And, holy crap, does the TNA website suck. It's so jumbled and busy. Also... They just had a cage match themed PPV two months ago! Seriously! That would be like having a major Battle Royal two PPVs after the Royal Rumble! Oh... I like the poster. Young/MVP will be okay. I doubt good but it will probably be solid. I wouldn't pay to see it. You haven't seen a MVP match that wasn't him being carried around by Benoit, have you? I actually enjoyed some of his midcard face work in the WWE. He had a match against the Miz for the US title that I liked. But I get what you're saying.

I read the spoilers for the next month or so of Impact and it gets announced as a cage match.

Per Wrestlezone, this is the card that was announced at the last taping. Steel Cage Match for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship: Eric Young (ch) vs. MVP TNA Knockouts Championship: Angelina Love (ch) vs. Gail Kim Texas Death Match: Ethan Carter III vs. Bully Ray James Storm vs. Mr. Anderson Abyss and Willow vs. Bram and Magnus
Probably not the final card but given 2014 TNA being 2014 TNA...I could see this being it.

Normally, if this was 2012 or the first half of last year, I'd say 'hey, go to the TNA PPV. It'll be an okay show at worst.'
Oh, how things have changed.

Well... Went ahead and bought a $12 ticket to the train wreck. The seat next to me is $60... So I'm not sure if I've got an obstructed view or what.

I'm sure there'll be an empty/better seat you can move into by the time the show starts.

So apparently a tag team match featuring Ross and Marshall Von Erich is going to be on the card. No word on opponents for them, but I have to think maybe the BroMans? I mean, surely they aren't going to book two guys with limited experience (I know they've worked some for NOAH), no exposure, and little going for them beyond nostalgic name recognition (which will only pop the locals) a match against the Wolves... Right?

Cageside Seats and PWInsider are reporting MVP injured his knee at an indie booking this weekend. The main event is now in jeopardy.

Updated card with additional matches from impactwrestling.com. This of course assumes that the main event is still a go. A lot of what I'm reading is indicating Lashley will taking MVP's spot. Still no word on opponents for the Von Erichs.
