Yup. I guess they were waiting for his last pre-taped match so they could act as though that was where he got hurt.

So, the announced solution is that the winners of King/Aries and Lashley/Joe will now move on to the main event, making it a steel cage triple threat.

So it's Eric Young vs. Kenny King vs. Lashley, then.

So it's Eric Young vs. Kenny King vs. Lashley, then. Seems the safe bet. Though I'd personally hope for EY Vs. Aries Vs. Lashley, for a less one-sided main event. Also, I wouldn't put it past them to put the belt on Aries out of the blue and have one of the Wolves win the X title to set up Aries Vs. Edwards or Richards via "Option C" at Destination X in NYC...

See that would be a smart thing to do...but what company are we talking about again?

Granted, though the narrative build for this event has been fairly solid (if not exactly ground breaking). With the exception of the tag team champions being randomly inserted in the X-Division title match and there being no matches coming out of the Bromans/Menagerie or Gunner/Shaw programs, everything makes a relative amount of sense from a storytelling perspective.

That's how their PPVs have been from a build standpoint for the last couple of years. Most of the stuff makes sense, the shows just turn out really bad.

Okay, predictions time: The Von Erichs thing is impossible to predict, as we don't know who their opponents are, or even if they will have opponents. They might just come out waive and strike the iron claw pose. What I'm seeing indicates that this is a one appearance and that Ross and Marshall will be going back to Japan afterwards. Which means the only safe prediction is that any TNA talent they interact with will come out looking worse than them. James Storm will go over Mr Anderson Gail Kim should win the knockouts title match EC3 has to beat Bully Ray in the Texas Death Match in order to further the program Willow Vs Magnus will end in one of four ways: 1) both corner men get involved leading to a DQ finish and a tag match down the road 2) Abyss turns on Hardy 3) Bram turns on Magnus (most likely if it's time for Magnus to take time off for his and Mickie James' baby... Don't know how far along she is) 4) Abyss turns on Hardy & Bram turns on Magnus setting up Bram and Abyss vs Willow and Magnus. I'll guess option one I figure one of the Wolves is going to win the X-Division ladder match. Flip a coin and I'll take Richards Lashley over Joe to advance to the main event Aries over King, probably by DQ since they have this Kenny King is a hot head thing going on. EY retains. HoF pick: Taz Weird outside the box prediction: Gunner shows up with Shaw after the ladder match and cashes in his Feast or Fired tag title shot briefcase on the spent Wolves.
