Harper/Ziggler is the match I actually want to see on that card. It could wind up like the Sheamus/Morrison one from TLC in 2010, I think it was. That match was fantastic and I'd wager that Harper is better than Sheamus and Ziggler's better than Morrison. The rest of the card is just....eh. Ambrose/Wyatt will be something, not sure if it'll be something good but those guys are going to try. 'Something' is probably a very apt description. I'm kinda done with Wyatt's routine myself, I find it played out, and hard to buy since he loses all the time. I suspect they'll have some sort of weird 'psychological warfare' angle... sometimes those work, but more often they don't. Yeah, Wyatt's kind of jumped the shark with me. The Cena feud was really poorly booked and that Jericho program did him absolutely zero favors. They really let the caliber of PPVs go to shit with the Network. Why is Ziggler so low down the card? Shouldn't they be building on his big win last month? Well, they're only $10 now. That's what people use to try to justify the shows being terrible. Even at $9.99, the last three PPVs were overpriced for what you got. The Sting debut was at least cool for the novelty factor but it came at the end of an awful show. As for Ziggler...I have no idea why they're doing what they do. I try real, real hard not to figure their booking out anymore.

My friend got back in and he was hopeful over Ziggler and I didn't have the heart to say "they always fuck Ziggler the second he gets an ounce of momentum" and I was right.
Bray has jumped the shark for me as well. I still like him but it feels like he hasn't done anything new or interesting for months. They really need the IC Title to be what it is in the 80s. A guy like Bray should be contending for that belt instead of kicking around and doing nothing on a weekly basis.

Great monitor effect at the end. Other than that, nothing spectacular.

I fell asleep just reading the results. Can't even imagine how rough it would have been live. Bray is not a main eventer. Yuck.
if they really are headed toward Brock vs Reigns as the main event of mania, ugh. Reigns isn't a main eventer yet either.

So is the idea that they can just Daniel Bryan all the former indie guys because it worked with Bryan so it has to work with all of them? Ambrose hasn't won a PPV match since the Shield split and has looked like a complete moron in at least two of those losses though the hologram one isn't near as bad as being an idiot who didn't unplug the monitor.

As far as Reigns goes, it all comes down to how they handle him between now and Mania. He's gonna have to be booked like a killer and if they go that route, him beating Brock would make him but I have zero faith in that match being good.

They had to have Ambrose lose because it's the WWE formula for the last 12 years: make everyone else look weak and ineffectual so the guy THEY want to push looks stronger by comparison. The moment they set eyes on Reigns they knew who the next guy was gonna be. He's got everything the WWE wants in a superstar. I don't hate the guy, but they clearly have a plan and will follow it come hell or high water.
I kind of feel like they owe me at least five of my 9.99 back this month for having watched that show. If it weren't for the episodes of Prime TIme and TNT they added this month I'd be asking for 8.99 back.

Seriously, WWE should just go ahead and LOLCenaWins over Brock at the Rumble. If everybody knows Brock is leaving after WM, then it's the Brock-Goldberg situation redux--there's no accomplishment in finally beating him because everyone knows that's when he has to lose the title.
Instead, have Reigns be the guy who finally beats Rusev. I honestly think there's more mileage in that than beating Brock. Have him try to cultivate the U.S. title for a year, the way numerous other top babyfaces held the IC title, and see if he can get that dead belt over.

I'm pretty sure you could throw that title in a time machine to 1987, put it on Hogan and he still couldn't make people give a shit about that title.

I was going to switch to the football game but since it was Rollins/Cena I made it through that. Then I realized what hot garbage remained and turned over to the game and passed out.

I just finished Ziggler/Harper. What an absolutely insane stunt show. Absolutely brutal. Given that everyone I've seen pretty much says the show gets to near all time worst PPV levels after this match, there's no way in hell am I watching the rest of this show.

I think the only way that works if they unify it with the IC title at Wrestlemania. I've long thought if they went back to the brand split the IC and US title could be the 'Raw' and 'Smackdown' titles, and then the 'World' champ could do both shows. I don't know that the roster is deep enough for that anymore though, unless they just wholesale promote NXT to Smackdown.

Same here... after the interference fest of Cena-Rollins, I pretty much totally lost interested, and fell asleep... didn't make it for Ambrose-Wyatt at all.
