Match 16 for the TV Title Iron Sheik VS Gorgeous George w/Cherie Dupre The Iron Sheik had little trouble getting by George and even kissed Cherie after the Match. George was furious.
Match 17 for the GLWA Championship Bo Bo Brazil VS Nick Bockwinkel w/Heenan 12 minutes into the match Brazil choked Bock with the ropes and when the referee broke the hold Heenan tripped Brazil. Bockwinkel kicked Brazil in the ribs when he was down and then delivered a Knee smash into the back. Bockwinkel slaps on the Figure Four leg lock and Brazil is on pain. Bo Bo managed to get to the ropes and the referee make Bock break the hold. When Brazil got up trying to keep an eye on Heenan he attempted a Co Co Butt on Bock who managed to slip under the hold and slap on the Sleeper. They are in the middle of the ring…….Brazil is going out. The ref raises Brazil’s arm one, twice, Three times. Nick Bockwinkel takes the Championship Belt back from Bo Bo Brazil.
Match 18 Non Title LWA Champs The Road Warriors w/Ellering VS Demolition w/Heenan All four men went right after each other. This was more of a brawl than a wrestling match. The referee called for the bell because he was not able to control the match but out comes Charlie Cox in a Zebra shirt. Charlie says “No this will be won in the ring, last man standing team will be the champs” Charlie takes a seat in the front row making Heenan and Ellering sit on either side of him.
22 minutes into the match Ax clothes lined Hawk who went over the top rope AX turned as Hawk held onto the tope rope and pulled himself back into the ring. Hawk watched as AX and Smash each held one of Animals thighs in their arms trying to put him over the top. Hawk ran and plowed into all three men. Animal had Ax arm and Smashes head in his arms. The top rope was bending under all that weight. Hawk again plowed into the three men, The rope broke and all three toppled to the floor. Hawk remains in the ring and the Road Warriors retain the belts but the battle rages on. The fans saw another 20 minute battle before the Michigan state Police showed up in force to aid security gain control.
Somehow I do not think this is over.
