[glow=red,2,300]MAW LIVE[/glow] 3-28-08 Memorial Hall Kansas City, KS
(MAW Live intro)
(Dan Gier is standing in the ring with a mic.)
Gier: Good evening ladies and gentlemen, this is MAW Live. I’m your host Dan Gier. I’m not going to waist any time tonight, please welcome “Bruiser” Bob Sweetan, Haku and George “The Animal” Steele.
(Sweetan, Haku and Steele make their way to the ring amid a big pop from the crowd.)
Welcome back, Mr. Sweetan. How do you feel?
Sweetan: I’m still a little sore as is Haku, here. I’m not a man of many words so I’ll make this short and sweet. Jindrak . . . you are a piece of crap. You’ve got a lot of talent but not a whole helluv a lot of brains. You’ve definitely got Upper Management’s attention and they’re not happy. When you attacked Haku and myself, they took it personally. They’ve sent us word that we should stop at nothing to rid MAW of you and your High Society bums. So, tonight, we’re going to have a little fun. Jindrak, you bring your pussy friends, cause I got Haku and The Animal and we’ll have ourselves a little six man tag. But there’s a catch. There’s going to be a guest referee. Now, I don’t really like this guy and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t like me but we do have one thing in common. We both hate you. Jindrak, the guest referee for our match tonight is MAW Heavyweight Champion Black Bart.
Gier: Are you sure you can trust Black Bart?
Sweetan: No . . . but I can trust him not to like Jindrak.
Gier: That’s our main event tonight. We’ll be right back.
(break)
(Gier is at the ringside announce position with the Canadian Wrecker.)
Gier: Welcome back to the show. I’m joined by the Canadian Wrecker. Wrecker, I know the question on everyone’s mind is who are you under that mask?
CW: That’s for me to know and you to not find out until I want you to.
Gier: You’ve definitely proven to have a grudge against John Tolos and the Wrecking Crew. Why is that?
CW: John Tolos and I were once very close, like brothers in fact. Then he decided to leave me behind and seek success on his own. And he ended up in this god forsaken place. See where leaving me behind has gotten you Johnny boy?
Gier: I don’t really think this place is that bad, but that’s just me. Let’s head to the ring for tonight’s opening contest.
Samu vs. Jim Powers Samu beat Powers with a Samoan Drop.
(break)
Sandy & Jesse Barr vs. “Original” Midnight Express (“Loverboy” Dennis Condrey & “Ravishing” Randy Rose w/Angelo Poffo) This match was very even until, for some reason, Sandy left the ringside area and deserted Jesse. That left Jesse as easy pickins. Condrey pinned Jesse after a ROCKET LAUNCHER.
(break)
Gier: We’re back and Sandy Barr has joined us at the broadcast position. Sandy, why on earth did you walk out on your son during that last match?
Barr: That’s simple. It’s time my boy toughened up just a little bit. I was so proud of him when he won the heavyweight title at Hometown Throwdown. It was the highest reward he’s ever earned in his life. Then he goes and loses it in his first defense. Not to take anything away from Black Bart but Jesse should’ve at least put up a little more of a fight. For as proud as I was that he won that title, I was doubly disappointed that he put up such a poor showing defending it.
Gier: So what exactly are you saying?
Barr: It’s time for some tough love. Jesse, boy, you know I love you but it’s time you were made a little tougher. And, boy, I’m the one that’s going to do it.
Gier: Some tough love being dished out in the Barr family. We’re definitely going to have to stay tuned and see how that works out.
Alofa vs. “Tennessee Stud” Ron Fuller Fuller made Alofa submit to the FULLER LEGLOCK.
(break)
“Tough” Tony Borne vs. Wayne Bloom (w/John Tolos) Borne beat Bloom with the BOMBS AWAY.
(break)
Gier: It’s time for tonight’s main event and to see how good a referee Black Bart really is.
“Bruiser” Bob Sweetan, Haku & George “The Animal” Steele vs. High Society (Mark Jindrak, Shocker & Rey Bucanero) Special referee: MAW Heavyweight Champion Black Bart Haku pinned Jindrak after a CRESCENT KICK.
Gier: What a great match. Black Bart seemed to call it right down the middle. Well, that’s all the time we have. I’ll see you next week.

MAW LIVE 4-4-08 Memorial Hall Kansas City, KS
(MAW Live intro)
(Dan Gier is in the middle of the ring with a mic.)
Gier: Good evening and welcome to another edition of MAW Live. MAW has been abuzz all week. Bob Sweetan and Haku have resigned as representatives of Upper Management. There are no hard feelings, Sweetan and Haku want more time to even the score with Mark Jindrak. MAW Upper Management has spent all week looking and they are now ready to announce their new spokesperson. It is my pleasure to introduce MAW Upper Management’s new spokesperson, Steven Richards.
(Stevie Richards, dressed in a suit, tie and black sun glasses, makes his way to the ring to a mixed reaction from the crowd.)
Mr. Richards, it’s a pleasure to have you here in MAW.
Richards: Dude, just call me Stevie. Don’t let the cool threads fool ya, I’m still just Stevie Richards. Boy did I fool those Upper Management guys. It’s amazing what a second hand suit will get ya.
Gier: What are you saying?
Richards: Dude, it’s me. I’m not exactly qualified for this job but I’m all about on the job training.
Gier: OK, I understand you have an announcement to make.
Richards: I sure do Danny-boy. Once again our champions have moved on to greener pastures so both of our titles are vacant.
Gier: Tony Borne is still here.
Richards: Yes but without a partner, he can’t exactly be the tag team champion. But for his loyalty he is being rewarded.
(Suddenly Mark Jindrak appears at the top of the ramp with a mic. The crowd boos wildly.)
Jindrak: Hey, if anyone around here needs to be rewarded, it’s me. Richards, you’re a dumb ass. Unless you’re going to reward me with something, you should just go home.
Richards: Funny you should say that because, you too are being rewarded. You will be facing “Tough” Tony Borne in tonight’s main event. The winner will be crowned the new MAW Heavyweight Champion.
Jindrak: That belt is as good as mine. But now I have a reward for MAW. Shocker and Rey Bucanero have returned to Mexico to handle some business but that isn’t the end of High Society here in MAW. No way. MAW is being rewarded with Championship Royalty.
(Just then, Chris Champion and Sean Royal come out from the back and flank Jindrak.)
And they’re here to take those tag titles tonight.
Richards: Wait just a second there Pinsack. That just isn’t going to happen because tonight, Upper Management has decided to reward “Bruiser” Bob Sweetan & Haku with that match and they will be facing the “Original” Midnight Express.
(Jindrak looked steamed but returned to the back with out incident, followed by Championship Royalty.)
(break)
(Gier and Richards are at the ringside announce position.)
Gier: Welcome back. Stevie Richards has already announced the title matches for tonight. In addition to that, Sandy Barr starts the task of toughening up his son Jesse tonight and has brought in a mystery opponent.
(Suddenly there was a commotion at the top of the ramp and Robert Fuller emerged from the dressing room, dressed in a white suit and white cowboy hat. Fuller came down to the ringside announce position.)
Gier: Robert Fuller, what brings you to MAW?
Fuller: That’s easy, money. And a couple of studs. I now represent “Bruiser” Bob Sweetan and Haku. On their behalf, I’d like to thank Upper Management for the title match tonight. The also have said after winning those belts tonight, their first defense will be against those two Society punks.
Gier: Unfortunately, they don’t represent Upper Management anymore and can’t make that call.
(Just then Stevie Richards’ cell phone rings. Richards picks it, has a brief conversation and disconnects.)
Richards: Upper Management has signed Championship Royalty to meet the winner of tonight’s Tag Team Title Match next week.
Fuller: Guess they have more pull than you think.
(Fuller returned to the dressing room.)
Richards. The titles will not be on the line.
Gier: Hehehe, thanks for adding that. I think we’ve wasted enough time, let’s go to . . .
(Suddenly there was a commotion in the crowd. The Nasty Boys, Brian Knobbs and Jerry Saggs, have made their way through the crowd, over the guard rail and to the announce position.)
For the love of God – it’s the Nasty Boys. What do you guys want?
Knobbs: Look we signed up with Madkanter for less money because we liked the guy’s style but just because we took less money didn’t mean we wanted to work in this hell hole.
Gier: I actually find it quite nice here. I don’t understand why you guys don’t like it.
Saggs: It’s because you give punks like the Wannabe Express and Championship Faggery title shots the Nasties should be getting.
Gier: And why not, you’ve been here all of two minutes.
Knobbs: Keep it up punk ass and you’ll get Nastisized.
Richards: You can’t threaten my good friend Danny-boy like that. You want to prove how tough you are, do it in the ring right now.
Knobbs: Let’s get nasty!
Nasty Boys (Brian Knobbs & Jerry Saggs) vs. Black Gordman & Great Goliath After an outside the ring brawl, Gordman nailed Saggs with two DIAMOND TWISTS and got the win.
(break)
Gier: Guess things didn’t work out too well for the Nasty Boys before the break.
Richards: See what happens when you mouth off to Stevie the Wonder Boy? Mess with the bull and ya get the horns.
Gier: Yeah, sure.
Blade Runner Rock vs. Jim Powers Rock was counted out after Powers gave him a piledriver on the concrete floor outside the ring and Rock couldn’t beat the ref’s count.
(break)
Gier: Sandy Barr is in the ring to introduce our next match.
Sandy: Jesse, I love you but it’s time you got tough. Tonight we start off with a guy that you should match up pretty well with but I still think you should win. Jesse, your opponent tonight is Jimmy Wang.
Jimmy Wang (w/Sandy Barr) vs. Jesse Barr Wang beat Barr with the WANG TIME and Sandy walked from the ring shaking his head in disgust.
(break)
MAW Tag Team Title Match “Bruiser” Bob Sweetan & Haku vs. “Original” Midnight Express (“Loverboy” Dennis Condrey & “Ravishing” Randy Rose w/Angelo Poffo) This match started out like a classic tag match with clean, crisp, quick tags for both teams. The match broke down soon after that and the action spilled outside. Rose bodyslammed Sweetan on the concrete outside the ring and Sweetan’s head bounced. Rose threw a severely dazed Sweetan back in the ring, delivered a POWERSLAM and made the pin to win the titles.
Gier: I think Bob Sweetan thinks he’s Batman.
Richards: Yeah, could we get that guy some medical attention?
(break)
Gier: We’re back and it’s time for our main event.
MAW Heavyweight Title Match “Tough” Tony Borne vs. Mark Jindrak This match turned out to be a total squash. Jindrak whipped Borne to the buckle and followed up with a running shoulder. Then it was a running elbow smash and the pin to win the title.
Gier: I think I’m speechless.
Richards: Yeah, I thought Jesse Barr sucked but this is worse.
Gier: And on that note, we should probably say farewell. We’ll see you next time.

[glow=red,2,300]MAW LIVE[/glow] 4-11-08 Memorial Hall Kansas City, KS
(MAW Live intro)
(Dan Gier and Stevie Richards are at the ringside announce position.)
Gier: Welcome back to another edition of MAW Live. I’m your host Dan Gier and I’m joined tonight by MAW Upper Management spokesperson Stevie Richards. Stevie, welcome back to the broadcast position.
Richards: Thanks, Danny-boy. I’m just here to make sure this show runs smoothly. That’s my job, ya know.
Gier: And you’re doing a bang up job at that. Tonight, in our main event, Championship Royalty takes on the MAW Tag Team Champions the “Original” Midnight Express in a non-title match.
Richards: Upper Management signed the match last week and I delivered the message.
Gier: Also tonight, Sandy Barr has hand picked another opponent to “toughen up” his son Jesse.
Richards: Yeah, what a loser. Jesse lost to Jimmy Wang last week. Ha, I said wang.
Gier: That you did. Last week, the Nasty Boys didn’t have the debut they were looking for. Let’s see if they have better luck this week.
Blade Runners (Rock & Flash) vs. Nasty Boys (Brian Knobbs & Jerry Saggs) Flash was counted out after Knobbs gave him a piledriver on the concrete floor outside the ring.
(break)
Gier: Sandy Barr is in the ring to announce our next match.
Barr: Son, last week you really let me down. No knock on Wang because he’s a helluva wrestler but you should’ve taken him. Tonight your opponent is Jim Powers and, no offense Jim, there is no way you should lose to him. If you do, I swear, I’m disowning you as my son.
Jim Powers (w/Sandy Barr) vs. Jesse Barr Barr pinned Powers with a REVERSE BODY PRESS.
(break)
Non-title Match Great Goliath vs. MAW Heavyweight Champion Mark Jindrak Goliath gave Jindrak all he could handle and made him submit to LA DE AL CABALLO.
Gier: Holy cow. Is it possible Mark Jindrak overlooked his opponent tonight?
(Richards nods as he is on his cell phone.)
(break)
Gier: Stevie Richards just got off his cell phone and let me guess who was on the other end.
Richards: It was my mother if you must know but Upper Management did leave me a voice mail. They said as a result of the last match, Great Goliath will get a title shot, right here, next week.
George “The Animal” Steele vs. Haku (w/Robert Fuller) Steele pinned Haku with an uncharacteristic flying body press.
(break)
“Bruiser” Bob Sweetan (w/Robert Fuller) vs. “Tough” Tony Borne Sweetan beat Borne with a PILEDRIVER. After the match, Haku came to the ring and helped Sweetan attack Borne. A shocked crowd watched as Haku knocked Borne out with a CRESCENT KICK then held Borne down as Sweetan delivered three flying fists.
(break)
(Sweetan, Haku and Fuller are at the ringside announce position.)
Gier: What the hell just happened.
Sweetan: Look, we helped Upper Management and now we’re helping ourselves. Tony, I’m sorry but you’re in my way of getting my hands on Jindrak and that MAW Heavyweight Title.
Richards: Hey, I’m the law around here, not you. I give out the title shots and all you have to do is ask.
Fuller: That’s the biggest bunch of bull, I’ve ever heard. You’re no more in charge here than I am. You are just a yes-man for Upper Management. You’re a useless waste of space.
Richards: Is that so? We’ll see how worthless I am when you bring your Neanderthals to the ring next week to face me and “Tough” Tony Borne. And I didn’t need a phone call to make that match.
(break)
Gier: Now it’s time for the match we’ve all been waiting for, tonight’s main event.
(Stevie Richards hangs up cell phone.)
Richards: And if Championship Royalty wins they will get at title shot right here next week. By the way, Upper Management is very pleased with how I took initiative and made my tag team match for next week.
Gier: Ooo – a gold star for Stevie.
Non-title Match Championship Royalty (Chris Champion & Sean Royal) vs. MAW Tag Team Champions “Original” Midnight Express (“Loverboy” Dennis Condrey & “Ravishing” Randy Rose w/Angelo Poffo) Champion locked Rose in the IGETCHASUCKA. Condrey came in to break it up but Champion caught him and gave Condrey and Rose a noggin knocker then made the pin.
Richards: And now Jindrak’s High Society will have a chance to hold all the gold.
Gier: That may change next week but for now, we’re out of time. Good night.

(MAW Live intro)
(Dan Gier and George “The Animal” Steele sit at the ringside announce position.)
Gier: Welcome to another edition of MAW Live. I’m your host Dan Gier and joining me at the broadcast position tonight is George “The Animal” Steele. George, thanks for joining me tonight. Next week, you’ll get a match against “Bruiser” Bob Sweetan and the winner gets a MAW Heavyweight Title shot.
Steele: Bob and I were once fighting the same fight. Now he’s consumed by revenge and glory and must be thwarted.
Gier: And you’re just the man to do it?
Steele: You’ve got that right.
Black Gordman vs. Jim Powers Gordman beat Powers with a DIAMOND TWIST.
(break)
Blade Runners (Rock & Flash) vs. Wildcat & Jayhawk (local) Runners win with a BEARHUG AND VICIOUS BLOW.
(break)
Gier: Sandy Barr is in the ring to introduce the next match.
Sandy: Son, last week you showed some fight. I really enjoyed it. Now I don’t have to disown you. This week, it’s time to redeem yourself by beating Jimmy Wang.
Jimmy Wang (w/Sandy Barr) vs. Jesse Barr Barr came out quick and strong and pinned Wang after an atomic drop. Sandy was very pleased and applauded his son then out of the crowd came “Maniac” Matt Borne. Borne attacked Jesse with a chair and when Sandy tried to intervene, Borne took a swing at him as well. MAW officials stormed the ring and regained order.
Gier: Where the hell did Matt Borne come from?
Steele: I don’t know, maybe he was visiting his dad.
(break)
Gier: George, last week Stevie Richards took it upon himself to sign our next match. He was insulted by Robert Fuller and now he’s out for some payback.
Steele: Believe me, I’ll keep a close eye on this one.
Stevie Richards & “Tough” Tony Borne vs. Stud Stable (“Bruiser” Bob Sweetan & Haku w/Robert Fuller) Sweetan pinned Borne with a fall away slam.
(break)
MAW Heavyweight Title Match Great Goliath vs. MAW Heavyweight Champion Mark Jindrak Goliath was like a man possessed in this match. Jindrak was busted open and Goliath pinned Jindrak after a top rope headbutt to win the title.
Gier: I’m stunned. Not sure I can say anything.
Steele: I’ve never see anything like that. I guess Goliath really wanted to win that title.
(break)
Gier: I guess High Society doesn’t have the chance to wear all the gold in MAW tonight. It’s time for our main event.
MAW Tag Team Title Match MAW Tag Team Champion “Original” Midnight Express (“Loverboy” Dennis Condrey & “Ravishing” Randy Rose w/Angelo Poffo) vs. Championship Royalty (Chris Champion & Sean Royal) Chapionship Royalty didn’t mess around and really brought it in this match. The ref went down early and CR took advantage. Champion made Rose submit to IGETCHASUCKA to win the titles.
Gier: High Society won’t walk out without gold tonight.
Steele: Championship Royalty lived up to their name and made up for Mark Jindrak’s loss.
Gier: Well, that’s all the time we have tonight. Good night.
