Roaring Springs, Meridian Idaho"Mean" Gene Okerlund: Welcome, everybody to Big Sky Wrestling. I'm "Mean" Gene Okerlund and with me today is none other than Grant "Throwing Toasters" Baciocco.
Grant "Throwing Toasters" Baciocco: Hi Gene. There's something going on in the back and it doesn't sound good. The Brooklyn Brawler has just been attacked again. He's coming out to the ring but he's limping badly.
Brooklyn Brawler vs. Iron Mike SharpeIron Mike Sharpe stands in the ring waiting for Brooklyn Brawler to limp his way down the ramp. As soon as Brawler enters the ring, Sharpe gives him an eye rake and a Piledriver. Brooklyn Brawler barely kicks out of the pin and receives another Piledriver. Sharpe wins the match and Brawler has to be helped out of the ring.
Winner: Iron Mike SharpeAs Brawler leaves the ring side area, a sinister muffled voice comes over the loud speakers. "The Brooklyn Brawler is a stain on wrestling but he is not the only one. The low card of this federation is vast and needs to be cleared out. The Jobber Killer will do the job!"
Grant: A good but controversial debut for Iron Mike Sharpe. *creepy voice* Who is the Jobber Killer?
Gene: I didn't get a chance to say this earlier, but tonight is a special night for the BSW. The Commissioner has declared it a "Night of New Acquisitions". New talent has been signed for the BSW and they'll get to test the mettle of the BSW regulars tonight in five matches. We just saw Iron Mike Sharpe debut. Next is the debut of Sergeant Buddy Lee Parker.
Karl Steiner vs. Buddy Lee ParkerSteiner starts the match off by beating on Parker inside and outside the ring. He looked as though he'd win the match easily. Every time Parker would reverse a move, he'd fail to connect with his counter move. The match lasted a long time with Parker taking most of the abuse. Parker finally managed to get Steiner in a rear chinlock but Steiner wouldn't tap out. A snap suplex and piledriver gave Parker new life but then he missed an elbow drop. The fight was more even after this as both men went back and forth. Parker blocked a forearm club and Steiner kicked out of a rollup that came from out of nowhere. Steiner finally got the win when he slammed Parker face first into the turnbuckle pad and pinned him. His feet were on the ropes at the time.
Winner: Karl SteinerGene: Buddy Lee Parker had a slow going at first but he proved himself to be a worthwhile competitor in this match. I doubt he'll settle for the loss though since Steiner obviously cheated. I bet we get to see a rematch somewhere down the road.
Gene: Were we watching the same match Gene? It was obvious Steiner cheated. Parker should ask for a rematch!
The Commissioner's AddressThe Masked Commissioner comes to the entrance ramp and begins addressing the crowd. He states that Dynamite Kid is not in the building but Davey Boy is. He calls Davey Boy to the ring and asks him questions about the back stabbing last week. Davey Boy is upset over the Commissioner's choice of words. He said he was tired of playing second fiddle to Dynamite in a two bit federation.
The Commissioner asks if Davey Boy thinks he'll be getting a title shot because of this and Davey says yes. The Commissioner says he won't so Davey Boy declares that he'll have to earn it then. He'll destroy anybody placed in front of him. Davey Boy then leaves in a huff.
The Commissioner then states he has more business. The business is with the Blue Meanie. The Meanie is at home and won't be appearing tonight. He's being punished for causing problems with people back stage. He will be back next week and the following weeks however. Meanie will be required to wrestle in two "Wheel of Doom" matches this month and we'll have a "Blue Meanie Roast" as well. Times TBA.
Big Bully Busick vs. Crusher BlackwellCrusher Blackwell and Big Bully Busick stare each other down in the middle of the ring. Busick has a small height advantage but Blackwell has a severe weight advantage. Crusher starts with an eye rake and misses a knee to the gut. Busick hits a swinging neckbreaker and Blackwell rolls to the floor. A violent brawl erupts on the outside and Busick decides to use a chair on Blackwell, getting himself disqualified. He looks surprised when he hears the announcement.
Winner: Crusher BlackwellGrant: That Busick, he always puts on a five star match.
Buck Zumhoff and Mikey Whipwreck (bWo) w/ Misty Blue Simms vs. Damien 666 and Halloween (Los Dos Malvados Diablos) w/ Malia HosakaMikey Whipwreck proves again that he can't do anything right. He starts the match by missing a clothesline. Damien 666 hits Mikey with a headbutt and a Asai moonsault before an early pin attempt. Halloween is tagged in for the Super Hurricanrana Splash Combo. Buck Zumhoff goes for the save but is blocked by Damien. Luckily Mikey puts his foot on the ropes. Halloween follows with a Michinoku Driver and Misty Blue breaks the pin by scraping Halloween in the eyes from the outside. Mikey desperately tags out to Buck and slumps on the apron.
Buck Zumhoff slams Halloween i the face with a knee lift and goes for the pin. Hosaka puts Halloween's foot on the ropes and it enrages Buck. Buck goes for the Rock n Roll Splash and Damien breaks the pin. Buck keep sup the offense but misses a shoudlerblock in the corner. Halloween rolls him up and Mikey comes in for the pin save but is laid out by a Damien dropkick. Buck kicks out and finds himself in a Michinoku Driver. Another kickout and both teams are really frustrated.
Flash Forward: Mikey Whipwreck goes for a deathjump but Hosaka climbs the apron and pushes Mikey into the ring. Damien leaps for the tag and as Halloween goes for Mikey, Mikey mimics Damien and makes a tag of his own. Buck Zumhoff comes in like a man on fire and cleans house. Buck clotheslines Halloween over the ropes and they both go out. Damien 666 runs over and tries a slingshot suicide dive and hits all three men on the floor. Mikey Whipwreck runs to his partner and rolls him back in. He also rolls Halloween in and jumps back to his corner and waits for a tag. Buck Zumhoff slowly makes it to the corner as does Halloween but Halloween has nobody to tag to. Mikey comes in and lands the Whippersnapper and wins the match. He's exhausted but extremely happy.
Winner: the bWoGene: That Was one hell of a match. A bit confusing but both teams put on a great show. The tag team division is starting to heat up.
Grant: I thought it was going to be over quickly but the bWo managed to pull out a win even without their leader in the building.
Gene: Our final match of the night will pit newcomer Lenny Lane against fan favorite RVD.
Bill Alfonso and Sean O'Haire decide to come to the announce table and do a bit of commentary. they act like they're not friends and Alfonso plays the roll of the face straight man while O'Haire plays the color commentary heel. Gene and Grant try to get a few words in over the course of the match.
Rob Van Dam vs. "Luscious" Lenny Lane (w/ Rough House Jack Faggart)RVD starts out by missing a dropkick. Lenny powerslams RVD and then performs a gutwrench powerbomb. Lane then tosses RVD to the floor where Lenny's manager, Jack Faggart stands menacingly. Faggart walks towards RVD but RVD chases him off. This gives Lenny enough time to land an ax handle from the apron. A spin kick from RVD lays Lenny out on the floor and RVD follows with a splash from the apron. He rolls Lenny back in right before a countout call. RVD takes offense and hammers Lenny with several moves before Lane is able to counter a reversal into the turnbuckle. Lane doesn't hold offense for long as the fight goes back to the floor. RVD hits Lane with the Van Daminator and rolls him back into the ring for the pin. Faggart isn't able to get to the opposite side of the ring for a distraction.
Winner: Rob Van DamFaggart helps his man to the back and we follow them as RVD stares down O'Haire who stands at the announce table. O'Haire smiles and does nothing. Meanwhile, Lane and Faggart pass Davey Boy Smith and the camera focuses on him leaving the building with his luggage. Then, from out of nowhere, Dynamite Kid hits him with the championship belt from behind. He wails on Davey Boy and we end the program after a vicious snap suplex lays Davey Boy out cold on the concrete.
