I had a couple questions about it since I'm picking it up on Wednesday. GS lost to the Bucks, bummer but I like the Bucks too and with David Lee out with the infection to his arm after getting cut open by Chandlers teeth, that hurts GS... Speaking of NBA2K11, my buddy got the game for his PS2 but he is getting it for his XBOX360 he's giving it to me so I'll be playing my first ever NBA2K game, so I can't help Switch at this moment but whats your questions? Pacers won I see...

I'd love some reviews for 2K11, guys.. I'm thinking about picking it up for PS2.. my last NBA game is '07.. and it doesn't have Rondo in it, which is a deal breaker.
I have a few particular questions, too, if y'all are willing to oblige:
Gameplay-wise:
-- How are the fouls? I'd LOVE a game that does them decently... generally you don't get enough of them, and no where near enough foul shots/
-- How about shoot %: I can generally shoot about 60% on the NBA live games, which messes up all the stats... I'd like it to be realistic, so the rebound numbers are correct and you can play 12 min quarters without scores in the 150s.
-- Computer difficulty: Alot of time, the computer equalizes itself by simply shooting the lights out, which sucks. I'd like to, you know, play better instead.
Franchise Mode:
-- Did they do the salary cap right? Last version I had they used it as a hard cap, which made it unplayable.
-- good stats, trades etc with the computer?
-- realistic performance of the other guys?

You know I'm a Rondo fan Wildfire (Kentucky), but is he a pretty big celeb up there?

He's gettin' there. When they won in '08, he was a liability, everyone was all about 'is Rondo good enough to win a title?. In '09, when Garnett was out, people realize that he was really the only guy they couldn't do without, since they did pretty well with Garnett. Last year going into this year, most people locally consider it Rondo's team. The national media is starting to figure that out, but not quite. His detractors claim he a little overly arrogant, but, IMO, he backs it up, so it's all good.

My questions: - Do you have to do the Jordan Challenges in order? - Can you use the legend teams in The Association mode? - Is shooting mapped to a button or is it done with the right analog stick?

Jordan Challenge: You can do whatever order you want. Legends in Association Mode: No idea; Can check Monday. You can shoot with square or the right analog stick

I've heard both that you can (from an official 2K blog), and that you can't (from people I know who own the game). - Which is easier? I've heard the analog stick is a lot more accurate, but I like the old tried and true button holding.

I've heard the analog stick is a lot more accurate, but I like the old tried and true button holding. Havent tried The Shrug yet. The only two I tried were the first one against Boston...score at least 63, dish 5 assists and shoot at least 50%. Closest I got was 58 with 4 assists and shot 62%. I tried the duel with 'Nique; you have to outscore him, dish at least 6 assists(?), shoot 55% and hold 'Nique to under 25 points. I put Scottie on him for defense, so he only got 19. But brain-fartitus crept up and I forgot I needed 6 assists and only had 5 Me personally; I love the tried and true square shooting. But I do use the right analog for layups and dunks; because you can take it with either hand in that instance. Also, to me, it seems that isomotion is a lot more cleaned up this year and reacts better.

So I just confirmed that you can take legendary teams into Association Mode. '85-'86 Bulls are rated a 64.....ouch! First game against the Thunder. Yikes!!

That seals it then, I'm taking the '91-'92 Bulls into Association. Do they replace the current versions of the team or would there be two Chicago Bulls?

Do they have lots of Legendary teams, or just Jordan teams? Because being able to use Larry and Co. might be worth going to buy it tomorrow

Do they have lots of Legendary teams, or just Jordan teams? Because being able to use Larry and Co. might be worth going to buy it tomorrow Re-read the question, the legends teams in the game are: 1985-86 Chicago Bulls 1985-86 Boston Celtics (Larry Bird) 1989-90 Chicago Bulls 1989-90 Atlanta Hawks (Dominique, Spud) 1989-90 Cleveland Cavaliers 1989-90 Detroit Pistons (Thomas, Rodman) 1990-91 Chicago Bulls 1990-91 Los Angeles Lakers (Divac, Magic, Worthy) 1991-92 Chicago Bulls 1991-92 Portland Trailblazers (Drexler) 1994-95 Chicago Bulls 1994-95 New York Knicks (Ewing, Starks) 1995-96 Chicago Bulls 1995-96 Seattle Supersonics (Kemp, Payton) 1996-97 Chicago Bulls 1996-97 Utah Jazz (Stockton, Malone) 1997-98 Chicago Bulls 1997-98 Utah Jazz (Stockton, Malone) So basically, it's all the teams from the Jordan Challenge mode. I put in parentheses the key players of the non Jordan teams (to my knowledge). I have no idea about the Cavs from 89-90. The best team in the game (from what I read on the IGN Guide) is the 91-92 Bulls.
