Yeah, I found the thread of emails in my gmail account about a week ago. It felt like it was over in a couple of weeks, I was really surprised that it went for months.

Another company( cant remember the name) put out a much better superhero system starting with the TMNT RPG. I believe the company you are talking about is Palladium...I know this because I played the snot out of TMNT, Beyond the Supernatural, Robotech, Superheroes Unlimited, and Recon. Through the years, I have played (besides the ones noted): Paranoia (your color does not authorize you to be here...thinks to self,"must tell computer") Cyber Punk Gamma World (loved that game) Marvel Superheroes teenagers from Outer Space (awesomely fun game) Ghostbusters (great game) twilight 2000 D & D Boot Hill Top Secret James Bond Indiana Jones More recently: COTG (duh!) Warhammer (An ungodly # of points in a tournament styled army of close to 10K (without magic items) of Skaven...hollowed be the Horned One....) Warhammer 40K (Have close to 9-10K of Death Guard painted to a high standard and building a Dark Eldar army by leaps and bounds every week) Blood Bowl(Skaven painted, chaos Dwarves painted, and Halflings painted...go stunties!) Pokemon CCG is always a fav in my house Necromunda (Escher and Spyrer gang...although working on ratlings now) Axis & Allies (no one will play anymore...sniffle) Zombies (just got into this game...freaking brilliant!) and an enormous collection of video games that haven't even been opened yet....

Blood Bowl(Skaven painted, chaos Dwarves painted, and Halflings painted...go stunties!) Aw yeah! My cousins used to play that with me all the time because it was essentially a board game version of Mutant League Football. Man, I miss that game.

There is a whole bunxch of games that I would love to play, but with no one to play with (my wife and I will play Othello and some card games, but Risk takes too long), it is hard to do much gaming.

I'm in a similar boat. Love to game but between work and family and extracurriculars there's not a whole lot of time. When I was in school or working at the University (while most of my friends were undergrads), man, it was dice rolling every other night. My favorite game right now is Monsterpocalypse. It's a miniatures game with giant monsters fighting each other and it is AWESOME. I have tons of Warhammer and Warhammer 40K stuff to build and paint. My Dwarfs are ~3000 points b&p, with another 1000 or so unassembled. Tyranids ~2000 points, and I have a 1000 point Daemonhunter army which is on hold until the new Codex is released. Blood Bowl, my Zharr-Nagrund Red Raiders (Chaos Dwarfs) have been kicking it for a few years but I have a Dwarf team (which is going to be the Karak-Karlon Panthers, wearing black, silver, and electric blue ) need to be painted still.

Just got Call to Arms and Troll for Country expansions for Battlelore today in the mail and also found a place with some great solo player rules for the game that indeed adds randomness to the game.
Also received two chapter packs for A Game of Thrones LCG

Battlelore is pretty fun... one of my buddies bought it when it was still a Days of Wonder game... I think I prefer Memoir '44 though.. the fantasy elements throw things off IMO. Is the Game of Thrones game any good? I'm a huge fan of the books

The card game is pretty good in the fact it is a Living Card Game, which means the cards are fixed. No randomness in expansions released so there isnt a gold rush for a power rare. The gameplay is pretty easy and flows nicely. The Multiplayer is a really good dynamic
