I like O'Reilly but he really needs to stop hanging around Davey Richards. That's only going to screw him in the end.

My thoughts on episode #6:
- O'Reilly vs. Roderick was a really good match, at least in my opinion. They had a really good crowd for this one and that helped it along but both guys worked really hard and this was the best opener they've had on SBG so far IMO. The post match with the Wolves making the save as Elgin and Strong beat down Kozina and O'Reilly was cool and it sets up the main event of Episode #8.
- The promo with the Briscoes hyping Survival of the Fittest was awesome. Mark Briscoe chimed in with, "I can write, I can spell my name. Y'all actin' like I'm crazy!"
- I'm so sick of seeing Haas and Benjamin. I don't know who has been overexposed more on this show - WGTT, Kevin Kelly, or Davey Richards. Nothing like forcing the tag champions, who the diehard ROH fans hate, down the fans throats.
- So wait...Eddie Edwards won a number one contender's match, but Jay Lethal is also in the running for a ROH World Title match at Final Battle? That makes zero sense. Mind you, I've read the spoilers but come on. If a guy wins a number one contender's match, there's no "oh wait this guy is also being considered". Come on, now.
- Tommasso Ciampa...whatever. He squashes Alex Silva, who is actually pretty alright but he completely fucked up the neckbreaker by turning inward, the whole move just looked weird. I don't care about Ciampa, and never will. He sucks.
- Briscoes/ANX was a great main event and a lot better than their match from two weeks ago. The feud may have run its course but I'll be damned if the matches aren't awesome.
- The lighting on the Davis Arena shows has been way better than the Chicago shows. I almost wish that they'd make it the permanent home for the ROH TV Tapings.
I think this was the best episode so far. For one, you had more matches, and two of the three were either really good or great.

I don't get it honestly. They were never really talkers in the WWE. I enjoyed their tag team but Angle was doing the talking for them. I really think it exposes them as minor league though, another fed they wouldn't get that kind of time.
I don't get the constant Kevin Kelly. I want Hodgewood back, I thought he made the HDNet show better.

It just feels bush league with Kelly though. It feels like them screaming "hey, look at us, we have a WWE C show announcer from the 90s Boom!"

Honestly, my biggest surprise with the RoH show is how little net buzz it's gotten.

A lot of the ROH diehards have turned on the company over the past few months. I don't blame then, mind you, it's just weird to see people who I talked to who would never miss a NYC show wishing they could go see Super Dragon's return on the other side of the country instead of watching a show 30 minutes from their house.

The only conversation that really takes place I've seen on ROH is here and very little elsewhere that I visit. I have a few friends who are Indy Wrestling fans and they've been turned off to ROH and have told me ROH was much better years ago, but thats what happens when your roster is gutted from what my one buddy Rick said. I honestly thought I'd like ROH, but it's not working for me and I'm sure thats happening with others...

So with about 6 weeks of shows under our belts. What do you guys think? Can the show actually make it or not.

I'd say it'll be a struggle for them for sure, but they (Sinclair) will need to hang in there and keep trucking. If they are not pulling in the viewers they want, I'd say that ROH could end up going back to the internet webisodes this time next year...

See. I think this is it for RoH as a company. This tv show fails and the company closes. That's just my opinion.

The biggest flaw that I see in the show currently is that there's a lot of talking and there aren't many good talkers on the roster. That really hurts them.
I think they really need to think over their roster carefully. They have a lot of guys that shouldn't be on television anywhere. They need to start dropping those teams and replacing them with better talkers or guys that have some name value. They need to be trying to salvage people off of the TNA and WWE release piles.

Late spoiler free review/preview:
The matches on the show were nothing special, but it was good to see some guys get featured wins over local talent. WGTT continues to pretty much be the main attraction, but they had less promo and interview time this week, which is nice. Their opponents displayed the huge difference between being athletically gifted and being good in the ring, IMO. Very athletic, in the wrong place at the wrong time, hitting the ropes awkward, but with some nice moves.
The Steen segment was goofy. Steen was right on with his stuff but the extras they had him working with were perhaps the cheesiest goofs I've seen this side of porn actors.
Eddie Edwards: as good as he is in the ring, he cuts the most awkward and seemingly self-conscious live promos of any guy out there today. If you could somehow combine Davey's self assured nature with Edwards technical expertise they'd make the perfect ROH champion. Again, just in my opinion.
