How can you not be excited for Blackjack Mulligan?

Oh he does
But I meant after PG-13, we got Kai, Powers, and Claudio....not exactly thrillsville.

Leilani Kai is a big name though. I understand if you don't use the ladies but she's a big name for the women's division.

Lelani is a big name and I do use women...but I really hope Judy is signed as well as I think I'd get more use of her in tag team action.

She's already attacked current champion Nora Greenwald in my fed.
Tommy Rich is a wealth of connects in the LOW though. He's won tag team gold with Greg Valentine, Bill Dundee, Eddie Gilbert and the Crusher. He's been managed by Eddie Gilbert, Jimmy Hart and Jim Cornette. He's also just waiting for a couple of the Full Blooded Italians to get signed up.
Feuds, this is where he really shines. Pretty much any late 70s/early 80s heel in the game that worked Georgia then has feuded with him. Ted Dibiase, Masked Superstar, Ivan Koloff, Terry Gordy, etc. are all fair game for Rich.
He really is a great signing that's going to make the LOW a much richer environment.

Really glad to hear they got Tommy Rich. I tried for that signing off and on for probably 2 years, but thankfully someone else finished it. Jamie Dundee told me to get Tommy after he and his dad signed, and said to tell Rich that they told him to do it and he would, lol.

Yeah, anyone Memphis is tops in my books.
Now if they could somehow get Stan Frazier, I'd really be happy (Uncle Elmer to casual fans, Plowboy Frazier among many IDs to Memphis fans)

Oh he does But I meant after PG-13, we got Kai, Powers, and Claudio....not exactly thrillsville. I'm really happy to get cards for PG-13. If they were a little bigger they'd have torn up the tag team scene in the WWF instead of just rapping the intro for the Nation. Powers rounds out the card and gives us a guy who can be plugged into a the tag team scene as needed. I like the mix of this edition. It's pretty much something for everyone.

I'm really happy with how this set has shaped up. I just feel like there's a wealth of gimmicks and types coming into the game.
Warlord and Giant Bernard come in as heel monsters and enforcers. I kind of feel like this area has been lacking up until this point.
Blackjack Mulligan comes in as an upper mid-carder that can play a face or heel. He'll probably be a solid secondary title challenger and he also has several options for tag teams. Also another cowboy type gimmick that is always welcome and rare in the game.
PG-13 are a real unique entrance. An obnoxious rap group that can play face or heel. They also have the added bonus of being smaller guys that you can throw to guys like the Road Warriors and let the fans enjoy seeing them brutalized. The JC Ice and Bill Dundee dynamic also has a wealth of places you can go with it.
Leilani Kai is a welcome addition to the women's division and she's an older wrestler which is a bit rare in the LOW.
Tommy Rich. He's got connections all over the LOW. I'm seeing Rich as a guy that goes after the TV and U.S. belts in my fed and has feuds with heels all over the mid-card. The second I saw his name pop up, I knew he was easily going to be a regular in my NWA.
Jim Powers. I know some people are down on this one but the game has desperately needed a new lower card opener. Jim Powers is perfect for that role. You can open any show with Powers jobbing out to the heel you're building up at that moment.

I'm looking forward to recreating The Machines along with two other masked men, teaming Powers with Ware, seeing how PG-13 handles the Samoans, Rich will be aligned with them and Dundee, Bernard and Warlord will be playing the monster roles/enforcer types. Kai will probably see action if I get my women running again.
Still think we haven't got the headliner yet which really makes me wonder who it might be.

The pre-order is now live. As expected the two special/limited edition cards are of the ladies: Lelani Kai and one as-yet unnamed. I'm not expecting anything this major, but Wendi Richter would be a really nice counterpart to Kai. I'd accept Manami Toyota as well. I figure if I'm going to guess at names here, I might as well go big.

I'm conflicted as to whether or not I should preorder. I mean, I want to...but at the same time I don't really think I'm gonna have time to use any of them in my LOW fed because of the ROH fed among other things going on. Guess I could just order it later.

It's not like it's going anywhere. You could always use PG-13 for a guest spot in RoH or another indy project.

Wendi Richter said no when I talked to her at Wrestlefest last year.
