I bitched about them being weak stat wise in the other thread. So I'm making this thread to track how they progress in my NXT fed. Feel free to add in your own matches with how you think they did and if they should have won or not. So here we go.
O'Reilly and Fish made their debut for me earlier today. They started their NXT careers off against 3.0. Things looked kind of bleak for them at the start as Matthews and Parker got them on level 2 defense and level 3 defense. Fish got a couple of tokens added before he reversed his fortunes in the ropes. Fish Out of Water was hit and snake eyes was rolled giving reDragon their first victory in NXT.
They should beat 3.0 which they did here. They struggled in this match but that can happen to anyone at any time. 3.0 stayed on the offensive for a good while but Fish's superior defense kind of kept things at a stalemate more often than not. 3.0 also couldn't roll their finisher which helped. O'Reilly was largely a non-factor here. I deem the result of this match acceptable.
reDRagon is 1-0.

Got them back in the ring today as the main event of Net TV against assailANT and deviANT.
The Swarm proved to be little challenge as O'Reilly and Fish just decimated them. The only danger here were a few pin saves that got a little crazy as deviANT kept saving assailANT from the Fish Hook. The Fish Hook finally prevailed here and reDRagon pick up another victory.
2-0 thus far in NXT.

First snag in the road with tomorrow's house show. They got in the ring with Philly's Most Wanted. To me, reDRagon should be able to beat PMW with no issues. Well, BLK Jeez got O'Reilly down and hit BLK Jesus Walks and O'Reilly rolled snake eyes. That would have gotten him in any other situation but I feel like blaming this on his pin rating. reDRagon goes down in this one.
reDRagon is now 2-1.

Looks like a feud is on the horizon then huh? A pull of the tights or rope leverage?

They bounced back from that loss and got a win over Jigsaw and the Shard in pretty quick fashion. O'Reilly locked in the Guillotine choke and the Shard rolled snake eyes.
reDRagon is 3-1 now.

That's one thing about the Indy cards....guys might not look competitive against someone but they often prove otherwise. Enjoying seeing how reDRagon does.

I've been thinking about this, and I'll have to look it up to be sure, but I'm pretty sure the only other team in Filsinger Games history with a (0) tag team finisher was the comedy jobber team of the 2090s The Cosmic Rangers (Astro Turk and Black Hole Bart).

Good point.
It's not as bad with them because Kendrick at least has Sliced Bread #2 as a +1.

As a secondary finisher to his more potent singles finisher. It also has a mechanic to turn into a normal move in single matches. That's another one (London's tag finisher) that was always a bit awkward to me, too. BUT, he does have the stronger move as the primary finisher.

True, I was just mentioning where was another (0) tag finisher. I don't get the idea behind (0) tag finishers, but it is what it is.

I don't get the idea behind (0) tag finishers, but it is what it is. Its a finisher as opposed to a regular move so there's an automatic pin attempt. It just sucks. What is there to get?? Also, if you use the Semi-Official Havoc Rule for tag wrestlers as singles, it makes these guys suck even more as singles wrestlers.
