Okay, the rest of this, which I suspect will be all down hill, will have to wait until after work.

Tag championship falls count anywhere triple threat is next. Filthy Animals vs First Family (Knobbs and Hugh Morris) vs Harlem Heat. I can't get over the fact that the Filthy Animals existed in one form or another for almost THREE YEARS. That's longer than evolution or the dangerous alliance or the nexus or almost any faction not named nWo or Horsemen. DX was longer than that, too(even not counting the sorta 'reunions'), but yeah, that's totally insane!

Okay, I've got to force myself to finish 1994. Next up is the Nasty Boys, who are one of my all time five favorite tag teams. They are taking on Terry Funk an Bunkhouse Buck. I always rather liked Bunkhouse Buck.

Wow... I made it to the main event. The steel cage career vs career match between Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair Hard to believe that after this match, one of these amazing legends will never wrestle again...,

You know what would be kinda fun? A list of how many times Flair has either 'retired' or been 'banned for life' or whatever.

Of the many, many Hogan/Flair matches available on the network, this is one of the better ones. Both men are still prime adjacent, the cage is a good element, the narrative and crowd are both good. Way overbooked. Sting, Sherri, masked man. Handcuffed guest referee. Just a cluster fuck of an ending. Hogan wins. Shocker. And Ric Flair never wrestled again.

1994 final thoughts. By far, this is the worst Havoc so far. Really bad with only two and a half bright spots. Best match: Vader vs Traylor and Rhodes vs Anderson tie. MVP: Terry Funk. He made a pretty crappy tag match a guilty pleasure of entertainment. Worst match: Sullivan vs Sullivan. Counter programming note: the next month, WWF offered Survivor Series, headlined by the Undertaker vs Yokozuna in a casket match and Bob Backlund defeating Bret Hart for the championship.

Roll of the die brings up Havoc 1990. This is an event remembered for only one thing, the final few minutes of the main event featuring the world famous Halloween Havoc Hoax. Let's see if there are any forgotten gems in this one.

Ross and Dangerously are the commentary team. The opening match is The Midnight Express taking on Ricky Morton and Tommy Rich... Not of the York Foundation. Cornette and Lane were on their way out, and would be gone by Starcadde, so this is the Midnight Express' final PPV appearance until Bombastic Bob and Boadacious Bart... I can't be objective about it. The Midnight Express are the greatest tag team of all time and Beautiful Bobby is my all time favorite wrestler. So, even though the Not-Yet-York-Foundation wins in a shmoze involving the Young Pistols dressed in Jim Cornette Halloween costumes... I love this match.

One complaint, I wish that Paul E on commentary had continued to hate Cornette, even after they were both heels. That would have been good.

I second the Midnight Express Love for Eaton/Lane. However, it was Lane who was my favorite. I always thought Lane could've done well with a singles push as he was good on the mic when he actually got it away from Cornette. I have only own two wrestling figures, Eaton and Lane.
