Well, the first 3 wins for the Bulls, the Pacers could have easily won. That being said, Da Bulls turned it on last night. Thats the team the rest of the league has to worry about.
So many good young teams this year. Besides Da Bulls, OKC, Memphis (who has SA on the brink), Denver (unfortunately got the OKC match-up), NO (Can they pull off two straight against the Lakers?)
I honestly want to see the Celtics beat the Heat.

Well, the first 3 wins for the Bulls, the Pacers could have easily won. Agreed. The Pacers have an incredible ability to spectacularly screw up a big lead.

You know, when Tony Allen was here in Boston... most people HATED him. I was one of the very few people I knew that liked him.
While he's a fantastic defender, he's a showboater, and probably the worst shooter in the NBA. he also carried the team completely during it's darkest period.. when Pierce got hurt in the year before the big three and they lost 18 in a row. Allen was it at that time.. he was averaging over 20 PPG. For all the bad, there were plenty of time were he was a game changer, and, perhaps most importantly, he OWNS Kobe. 100%. Go watch some Celtics - Lakers games before the big 3... Allen outplayed Kobe EVERY TIME.
I'm watching Memphis beat the crap out of the Spurs, and the Grizzlies crowd is chanting 'Tony, Tony, Tony'... then I think about Jeff Green.
Makes me very sad.

There was talk of the Bucks bringing both Allens in before this past season (Ray and Tony). But didn't get either. Was only a brief period where it looked like Ray might leave Boston. Damn the Bucks have to get rid of Magette. That guy sucks bad.

The real killer is that the C's didn't sign Allen to have more money for Jermaine O'Neal.
Yeah, I know.
I don't think there was any real talk of Ray leaving... that was more sport talk rumors, I think.

Old Age did in San Antonio, Memphis a younger team takes out the best regular season record team to advance and the Grizzlies has become a team I like going back to last season...

They really overplayed their starters during the regular season. The team would've been fine going 52-30 and sitting their starters more so they'd have legs for the playoffs. It seems they really punched themselves out by mid-March.
Though, coaching really hurt them. Bonner was getting like 20 minutes a game and the Grizzlies were just eatuing him alive when he was on defense. Things like that really killed the Spurs too.

Orlando really outsmarted themselves with all the bad trades they made. It was like they were trying to undo all the mistakes they made the past couple years. And now like Shaq, they will probably lose Dwight Howard too....

I fell asleep before Mavs/Lakers but DVR'd it and upon watching it, I had to laugh. The Lakers are a good team, I like them, but after game two I told my cousin jokingly that the Mavs would sweep the Lakers and he agreed. They got destroyed by the Mavs, and I wanna see them go to the NBA Finals against Boston or Chicago. I think either would be a great series.

Celtics AND Lakers out of the playoffs now. Wow. Which is a good thing of sorts, I have a sick feeling the Heat will win it all and the Heat I guess are the oldest team left in the playoff so you could say age hasnt factored in with them...

Celtics AND Lakers out of the playoffs now. Wow. And Spurs........All 3 teams got old in a hurry. Anyone but the Heat winning this thing is cool with me. My dream of Lebron never winning a NBA Title needs to remain in tact.

I was enjoying Memphis' run, but now I think I'd like to see OKC go to the finals.. I share the Labron hate and think they're the only team that has a chance to beat them... the Mavs have some bad choking history and no one who can guard Wade, and I'm just not sold on the Bulls at all.

As a Bulls fan WF; let me sell you.
-If you've watched the last two games against the Hawks, you saw that the defense is stifling right now. They play a hybrid 2-3/man defense; which any of the Boston fans know very well. It's just that the Bulls are faster right now.
-A healthy Rondo and I believe that the Celtics win at least one of the last two games. Especially game 4. What does that have to do with the Bulls? D-Rose>Rondo.
-Bogans and Brewer can straight up D on Wade. Deng can straight up LeBron. Bosh......pfffft. The Heat play good defense; the Bulls play great defense.
-Plays. The Bulls have several different plays that work. The Heat rely too much on James or Wade to do something spectacular.
-Rebounding. The Hawks have a much better front line than the Heat and the Bulls destroyed them on the boards.
