And how Sting lost the U.S. title in Japan.

The European title changed hands where?
....US title......
That's it, I'm calling for an investigation!

Probably what the Mexican Heavyweight Championship belt was that Jeff Jarrett was carrying around in TNA. Looked like TNA picked the WWF European Title belt out of the garbage and then put a Mexican flag sticker on the front of it.

That was actually the AAA belt in disguise. They were not allowed to show any of the Triple A logos on the show, or mention the promotion by name, so they "disguised" it. It did work in a way though, because it made the whole thing with the Jarrett's seem even more ridiculous and over the top (the actual point, instead of unintended humor).

Also, the Great Kabuki used to defend the All Asia Title in Texas. I also believe that All Japan had a U.S. Title at one point in the 1970s.

I once defended the All Mars Championship in a Burger King bathroom in Tuscaloosa Alabama.
----All Asia belt in Texas? Please....I don't believe ANY of these scurrilous lies about belts being defended on the wrong continent. This is wrestling, dammit!

On Kabuki. I don't think it was actually a valid championship. WCCW was just billing him as that and having him defend it against jobbers and mid-carders like Al Madril.

Sounds like fancy talk for circle jerk to me... VICIOUS LIES! It was against Kabuki's brother, the great Bukaki. He was the outer Mongolia champ at the time, and it was a unification match. ---wait, that seems somehow worse. Cranky Vince told me to say that. twitter.com/#!/crankyvince
