Checking WWEShop now, I want to see this shirt.
EDIT: Expected it to look way cooler. Like a picture of his face with the word FELLA under it.

It's a neat looking shirt, don't get me wrong. I was just expecting the usual WWE "this is a wrestling shirt" design.

So there's seven matches on the actual show, the tag match was bumped to the preshow. They can't possibly poorly budget four hours for seven matches, can they?!

They'll build in a half hour of commercials for WWE Network, whoever's sponsoring the PPV, Eminem, and their latest shitty movie project.

And there's a two hour pre-show for fuck's sake.

I can't help but chuckle when Hunter goes into that growly voice "RAAAH I'M THE GAME I'M AN ASSKICKER" thing. I respect that the dude is one of the best ever, but come on dude, you're not an asskicker.

And there's a two hour pre-show for fuck's sake. During which they'll show the half hour of filler that they will repeat during the PPV. Good thing we're all paying $9.99. I love the network but I fear it will fail because of either not making as much as they hoped or the PPVs being fucked up and people cancelling.

Apparently the six month commitment is super tough to get out of. I know they didn't get their 1 million subscribers on launch that they were hoping for, I can't remember the exact number but it was in the 300,000-450,000 range which is not good to say the least. I don't see them hitting their goal of 3 million subscribers by the end of the year.

I think the failure of the Network to this point is that other than the PPVs, the VOD content is incredibly weak. Who wanted 2013 and 2012 RAW episodes? When they said "full years of RAW and SmackDown", we all expected full classic years. Also, the live program guide is weak because it's the same shows looped for a week straight (essentially) and then the next week is the same underwhelming type loop. I get that they didn't want to put the full library out there for $10 on launch, but give us something better than random WCCW episodes and only a couple of classic SmackDown episodes.

I'm not thinking about people wanting out of the six months. What I'm thinking is that the feed fucks up during Mania and a couple more PPVs. WWE tries to jack the price to $14.99 after the six months and people have already gotten their fill of the library over the 6 months and decide that they don't want to pay $180 a year when they were only buying 1-2 PPVS a year before

I've actually given thought to the idea they might jack it up to $15/month after the initial six months. I'm not sure they'd want to do that because they've been pushing the idea that it's $10/month and if you added it up, it was $120 vs. whatever the price is for all the PPVs in HD. WrestleMania's going to be a huge stress test for the Network, as will the Hall of Fame ceremony. I'll be seriously surprised if all goes well on Sunday night.

I can speak only for myself, but I've already decided not to renew when the six months is up; regardless of any change in the price point. I don't enjoy the current product enough to get value from the live PPVs (assuming they can even pull them off) and the shine has come off the PPV archives, as in the last month I've watched just about everything I wanted to. Of the new content, the only thing worth a damn is Countdown... And it's not worth $10 a month.

Wow, I'm surprised to hear the negativity on the WWE Network, I think they've done a pretty good job so far. I agree with Havoc that I'm not thinking the 'Mania feed will go well (they have trouble with NXT for god sake) but I'm glad I have it.
I don't really have the time or inclination to watch for hours on end, so what they have for content so far is good for me... as long as they continue to add steadily to it (which they seem to be doing), I'm not going to get bored any time soon.
As for renewing after the 6 months, that'll depend on how good the product is (I.E if I still feel it's worth it to get the PPVs nicely and watch NXT), and how much I'm using the other stuff. I was never really interested in stuff like Countdown and the like.. it's mostly stuff recycled from the DVDs or the Comcast WWE 24/7 anyway.
