[glow=red,2,300]ROCKY MOUNTAIN MADNESS[/glow] 2-7-08 Denver Coliseum Denver, CO
(RMM intro)
(Bill Apter and Gary Michael Cappetta sit at the ringside announce position.)
Apter: Good evening and welcome to another edition of Rocky Mountain Madness. I’m Bill Apter, along with Gary Michael Cappetta and next week, right here at the Denver Coliseum, Rocky Mountain Wrestling Association presents St. Valentine’s Massacre.
GMC: One match has already been signed and that is the Fox Force Five vs. Collective six man tag match.
Apter: If the Fox Force Five wins, whoever lost the match for the Collective must leave the RMWA.
GMC: And if the Fox Force Five loses, they will disband and the Collective will be left to run roughshod over the RMWA.
Apter: I’ve just been handed this note, a second match has just been added to the card. LWA Unified IC Champion “Dr. Death” Steve Williams will defend his title against the number one contender PCW’s Lex Luger.
GMC: Take a look at what Luger did last month at the Storm Warning pay-per-view.
(Footage from Storm Warning) Steve Williams def. Killer Khan by DQ @ 6:17 to retain the Unified IC title Notes: Dr. Death was in firm control when Lex Luger hit the ring and attacked. Khan went after Luger for causing the DQ and all three men were at each others throats as the referee had the bell rung. Security had to be summoned to break them up.
Luger: I'm tired of getting put off Williams! I've beat everyone there is to beat, and still I get put off... I want my shot! (Luger lunges at him again, and pandemonium ensues)
Apter: That’s coming up next Thursday but tonight we have a huge main event.
GMC: That’s right. Rocky Mountain Heavyweight Champion The Destroyer & Rocky Mountain Television Champion Bison Smith face Harley Race & Larry “The Axe” Hennig.
Apter: It should be a great match. Let’s head to the ring for tonight’s opening contest.
Pierre Vachon vs. 2 Cold Scorpio Scorpio pinned Vachon after a Tumbleweed. After the match, Scorpio nailed Vachon with multiple SCORPIO SPLASHES, leaving Vachon hurt in the middle of the ring.
Apter: Look at that. 2 Cold Scorpio causing more trouble and making more enemies.
(break)
Apter: The feud between the Fox Force Five and Collective is just starting to heat up.
GMC: And their first big feature bout may be their last at St. Valentine’s Day Massacre next Thursday.
The Sheik & Killer Khan (w/Abdullah Farouk) vs. Masked Avengers (Mr. Olympia & The Grappler w/All American Boy) Grappler pinned Sheik after kicking him with a loaded boot. After the match The Sheik and Khan began a shoving match. Farouk broke it up quickly and chastised Khan.
Apter: What do we have here?
GMC: All is not well in happy valley.
(break)
“All American Boy” Bob Backlund vs. Kotokokina (w/Abdullah Farouk) Kotokokina was disqualified for throwing salt in Backlund’s eyes. Farouk and Kotokokina argued when he grabbed the salt. Farouk yelled at Kotokokina not to throw it but Kotokokina did not listen. Farouk brow beat Kotokokina all the way back to the dressing room.
(break)
Scott “Flash” Norton vs. “Sick” Nick Mondo Mondo with the upset! Mondo beat Norton with an M. Bison.
(break)
Chris Candido (w/Tammy Sytch) vs. Scott Steiner Steiner was disqualified when he rammed Candido’s head into the ring post despite the ref’s warning.
(break)
Fritz Von Goering (w/Abdullah Farouk) vs. Danny Hodge It looked as if Von Goering was going to be victorious after a BACKBREAKER but the Masked Avengers ran to the ring and distracted the ref, breaking up the pin. Hodge came back and nearly pinned Von Goering with an OKLAHOMA SIDE ROLL. Von Goering weathered the storm and finally defeated Hodge with a BACKBREAKER.
Apter: Looks like The Collective finally caught a break.
GMC: Yes, but barely.
(break)
Non-title Match LWA Unified IC Champion “Dr. Death” Steve Williams vs. Rick Steiner This was a back and forth brawl, inside and outside the ring. Steiner was disqualified after he rammed William’s head into the ring post despite the ref’s warning.
(break)
Apter: Time for tonight’s main event.
GMC: I’ve been looking forward to this all night.
Rocky Mountain Heavyweight Champion The Destroyer & Rocky Mountain Television Champion Bison Smith vs. Harley Race & Larry “The Axe” Hennig Incredible back and forth match. It was decided by the first team to make a mistake and that was the champions. Hennig pinned Smith after Smith missed a turnbuckle charge.
Apter: What a great match.
GMC: It definitely lived up to the hype.
Apter: That’s all the time we have for tonight. Don’t forget, next Thursday is St. Valentine’s Day Massacre. For Gary Michael Cappetta, I’m Bill Apter saying we’ll see you at the matches.

[glow=red,2,300]THE JASON MARCUS CHRONICLES #4[/glow]
(Jason Marcus is backstage after Rocky Mountain Madness.)
Marcus: I’m back with another edition of the Jason Marcus Chronicles and a bombshell has just been dropped here, backstage. As soon as Rocky Mountain Madness went off the air it was announced who would make up the teams in the six man tag team match at St. Valentine’s Day Massacre. Representing Fox Force Five will be All American Boy and the Masked Avengers. Across the ring from them will be Killer Khan, Fritz Von Goering and The Sheik. Yes, you heard me right. The Sheik will represent The Collective in this match prior to facing The Destroyer for the Rocky Mountain Heavyweight Champion. Furthermore, if The Sheik should lose the match for his team and is forced to leave RMWA, he will forfeit his title match later in the evening. I’m waiting outside Promoter Madkanter’s office, hoping to get a word. Oh wait, he’s coming out now. Madkanter, a word if you please.
Madkanter: Ok Jason, but we have to make it quick. I have a plane to catch.
Marcus: No problem. I just wanted to ask you why you are making The Sheik possibly wrestle twice next Thursday at St. Valentine’s Day Massacre?
Madkanter: Farouk and The Collective have, pretty much, been able to do what they’ve wanted since forming their group. I’ll admit, I’ve been very lax in condemning their behavior which I do not condone. They’ve put many of the stars here on the shelf. That has hurt business. This is just my way of making them repay me for that lost revenue. I’m sorry, but I need to go or I’ll miss my plane.
Marcus: Sure. Thanks for your time and have a safe flight. That’s all the time we have tonight. I’ll see you next week at St. Valentine’s Massacre. Good night.

[glow=maroon,2,300]ST. VALENTINE’S DAY MASSACRE[/glow] 2-14-08 Denver Coliseum Denver, CO
(St. V-Day Massacre intro)
(Bill Apter and Gary Michael Cappetta sit at the ringside announce position)
Apter: Good evening and happy Valentine’s Day. Welcome to St. Valentine’s Day Massacre. I’m Bill Apter, along with Gary Michael Cappetta and we’re going to see a lot settled here tonight.
GMC: That’s right, Bill. LWA Unified IC Champion “Dr. Death” Steve Williams defends his title against the number one contender, Lex Luger, right here tonight.
Apter: Luger has been waiting a long time to taste LWA gold and tonight he may have his best shot. In addition, Pierre Vachon is looking for revenge against 2 Cold Scorpio for what happened last week on Rocky Mountain Madness.
(Footage of RMM 2-7-08) Scorpio pinned Vachon after a Tumbleweed. After the match, Scorpio nailed Vachon with multiple SCORPIO SPLASHES, leaving Vachon hurt in the middle of the ring.
GMC: Plus, Rocky Mountain Television Champion Bison Smith defends his gold against Larry “The Axe” Hennig.
Apter: And if that weren’t all, our very first match may have implications on how this night turns out.
GMC: It’s the Collective vs. Fox Force Five and if The Collective wins the Fox Force Five disbands before they get started.
Apter: And if The Collective loses, who ever loses the match has to leave RMWA. If it’s The Sheik, he is to forfeit his title match against The Destroyer later on tonight. It looks like we’re ready to head to the ring.
Loser Leaves RMWA vs. FF5 Disbands The Sheik, Killer Khan & Fritz Von Goering vs. “All American Boy” Bob Backlund & Masked Avengers (Mr. Olympia & The Grappler) This was a battle of attrition from the beginning. Backlund, Von Goering and The Sheik were all busted open before it was over. The Sheik even looked as if he was going to throw a FIRE BALL but couldn’t get it lit and Olympia grabbed him in a SLEEPERHOLD. The Sheik fought to break it and his teammates came in the ring to try and break it up but were intercepted by Backlund and Grappler. Farouk tried to distract the ref but he ignored Farouk and concentrated on The Sheik, who was still trapped in Olympia’s SLEEPERHOLD. Try as he might, The Sheik started to fade and as the ref checked in, The Sheik’s arm dropped three times. After the match, Farouk was beside himself and berated both Khan and Von Goering. Von Goering had enough and grabbed Farouk by the lapels. The Sheik was revived and nailed Von Goering in the back of the head with his spike. It looked as if an all out riot was going to erupt but officials finally made their way to ringside to make sure nothing else happened.
(break)
Apter: Holy cow! What a way to start out our show.
GMC: Indeed. It was wild and it has sent tonight’s card into a state of disarray, at least as far as our main event goes.
Apter: Not to worry. Jason Marcus is standing by in the dressing room with Promoter Madkanter who I understand has had the foresight to plan for this such event. Jason?
(Jason Marcus and Madkanter are in the dressing room interview area.)
Marcus: Madkanter, we’ve seen what has happened in tonight’s opening contest. The Sheik is gone from RMWA and it looks like Abdullah Farouk may be too. What does this mean for our main event?
Madkanter: Well, I was prepared for something like this to happen. As fans entered the Coliseum tonight they were given a piece of paper and asked to vote on who they would like to see in tonight’s main event in the case that The Sheik was forced to forfeit his spot.
Marcus: And I’m sure the people have spoken.
Madkanter: They certainly have. Replacing The Sheik in tonight’s main event and getting a shot at the Rocky Mountain Heavyweight Title will be Harley Race.
(Crowd pops and a stage hand is shown whispering something in Madkanter’s ear. Madkanter looks shocked and annoyed and abruptly leaves the interview area.)
Apter: Sounds like this was a popular vote.
GMC: Indeed. And what kind of disadvantage is The Destroyer at having prepared for The Sheik.
Apter: I’m not sure but he better change gears in a hurry and get ready for Harley Race.
GMC: I also wonder what that stage hand had to say.
Danny Hodge vs. “Sick” Nick Mondo Hodge won by disqualification when Mondo walloped Hodge with a chair.
(break)
Apter: There seems to be a disturbance in one of the luxury boxes here at the Denver Coliseum.
GMC: Bill, is that who I think it is?
Apter: I can’t believe this. PNW Promoter Weirdjerod has just entered one of the luxury boxes. It looks like he’s joined by several of his wrestlers. This has to be what Madkanter was told earlier.
GMC: Joining Weirdjerod are the PNW Heritage Tag Team Champions Rip Hawk & Swede Hanson and “Killer” Tim Brooks. Why are they here?
Apter: I have no idea but we’ll definitely keep everyone abreast of anything that happens.
Scott “Flash” Norton vs. Chris Candido Norton pinned Candido after a JURRASIC BREAKER.
(break)
Damien Vachon vs. Justin Credible Vachon made Credible submit to a PITBULL LOCK.
(break)
Apter: I understand that Jason Marcus is standing outside the locked door of the skybox in which Weirdjerod has been inhabiting. We’ve seen him talking on his cell phone several times tonight and I think Jason Marcus is going to try to talk to him.
(Jason Marcus is outside the door to the luxury box and knocks on the door. Nobody answers. Marcus knocks again a little more insistently. This time the door swings open to reveal the massive body of Killer Brooks.)
Marcus: I’d like to get a word with Weirdjerod.
(Brooks grabs Marcus’ microphone and smashes it against the door frame. Then he pie faces Marcus’ to the ground and slams the door.)
Apter: I guess that means they don’t want to talk.
GMC: You think?
Rick & Scott Steiner vs. Sodogatake (Kototenzan & Kotokokina) This match broke down in a hurry. Kototenzan attempted a tag and was met by salt in the eyes from his partner. Then Kotokokina left the ring and headed to the back. The stunned Steiners looked on as Kototenzan recovered and left the ring to chase after his partner. The ref awarded the bout to The Steiners by count out.
(break)
Apter: This has been a strange night as it relates to The Collective.
GMC: Yes, I have never seen a group implode in such a way before.
Chain Match Pierre Vachon vs. 2 Cold Scorpio Vachon bloodied Scorpio then beat him with the LEGACY OF PAIN.
(break)
Apter: Jason Marcus is once again with promoter Madkanter in the dressing room.
(Jason Marcus and Madkanter are in the dressing room interview area.)
Marcus: Madkanter, what is your reaction to Weirdjerod being here tonight.
Madkanter: As you know Weirdjerod and I have some unfinished business going back to the whole LWA Tradition fiasco. He’s up to something I just don’t know what. But I will address this situation before tonight’s main event.
Rocky Mountain Television Title Match Larry “The Axe” Hennig vs. Rocky Mountain Television Champion Bison Smith The Axe looked good but missed a turnbuckle charge. Smith pinned Hennig after a BISONTENIAL.
(break)
Apter: Lex Luger has been waiting for a chance to wear LWA gold since entering the LWA.
GMC: Well, tonight he gets his chance.
LWA Unified IC Title Match Lex Luger vs. LWA Unified IC Champion “Dr. Death” Steve Williams This was, by far, the hardest hitting match of the night. Williams looked as if he was going take another victory when Luger was nailed with a boot after he charged Doc in the corner and Williams landed an OKLAHOMA STAMPEDE. Luger shocked the world and more importantly Williams when he kicked out. Luger battled back and caught Williams in the face with a boot as Doc came off the top rope. Williams was stunned and Luger lifted him up in the HUMAN TORTURE RACK. If the world wasn’t shocked before it was shocked now because Williams submitted.
Apter: “Dr. Death” just submitted to the “Total Package.”
GMC: What a night!
Apter: And we’re not finished. Madkanter is on his way to the ring to address Weirdjerod and our main event are next.
(break)
(The Destroyer is in the ring with Madkanter, who is in the middle of the ring with a mic.)
Madkanter: I hope everyone has enjoyed a great night of RMWA action. Especially you Weirdjerod.
(Weirdjerod, who had been talking on his cell phone, hangs up and directs his attention toward the ring.)
This is how a real wrestling organization puts on a great supercard. I only have one question for you, what the hell are you doing here?
Weirdjerod(who mysteriously has a house mic): Yes, my good friend, I’ll admit you put on a great show. I just came to see first hand how my new acquisition performs in his last match for you.
Madkanter: What the hell are you talking about?
Weirdjerod: As you know, The Destroyer’s contract expires at the end of this month and before you had the opportunity to talk to him about an extension I had my lawyers review his current contract and found a loophole. I now have exclusive rights to renegotiate his contract. The Destroyer, your champion, is now a part of the PNW family.
(Madkanter is beside himself and turns to face The Destroyer. Destroyer and Madkanter have a very heated discussion and when Madkanter turns to address Weirdjerod again, The Destroyer levels him with a clothesline. Harley Race hits the ring and the ref rings the bell as Madkanter rolls out of the ring.)
Rocky Mountain Heavyweight Title Match Harley Race vs. The Destroyer This match went back and forth for a long time. I don’t know if The Destroyer was just ready to cut ties with RMWA or Harley Race was ready to wear the gold again but the decision of this match was never really in doubt. Race hit Destroyer with a swinging neckbreaker and followed with a PILEDRIVER before making the pin to win the title. After the match, Destroyer rolled out of the ring. Madkanter grabbed a mic and addressed Destroyer as the masked man made his way back to the dressing room.
Madkanter: Destroyer – you had it good here. You had a good spot. I’m sorry you felt you needed more. I sincerely hope you find it in PNW. I seriously doubt you will though. Now, Weirdjerod, before you leave the comfort of your luxury box I have a little challenge for you. Coming up on Sunday, February 24th, RMWA hosts Deuces Wild II up the interstate at the Pepsi Center. What about you and I settle this thing once and for all in a match. You call the stipulation and I’ll name the special referee. Do we have a deal?
(Weirdjerod just looks at Madkanter as if he can’t believe what he just heard. Then a huge smile crosses Weirdjerod’s face as he slowly starts to nod his head.)
(Fade to black.)

[glow=red,2,300]ROCKY MOUNTAIN MADNESS[/glow] 2-21-08 Denver Coliseum Denver, CO
(RMM intro)
(Bill Apter and Gary Michael Cappetta sit at the ringside announce table.)
Apter: Good eveing and welcome to another edition of Rocky Mountain Madness. I’m Bill Apter, along with Gary Michael Cappetta, and the RMWA is in a state of flux.
GMC: Indeed it is Bill. We’re coming off of St. Valentine’s Day Massacre where we crowned a new Rocky Mountain Heavyweight Champion in Harley Race. Plus, there seems to be some moving and shaking in the locker room as well.
Apter: We’ll discuss all of that tonight but first let’s go to the ring at check out a man that comes to us as a result of our working relationship with Lucha Libre International.
Mascara Loca vs. Tom Johnson Loca and Johnson were both counted out when they brawled outside the ring.
(break)
Apter: Mascaras Loca looked pretty good in his RMWA debut, even though the match ended in a double count out. But now let’s talk about what happened last Thursday at St. Valentine’s Day Massacre.
GMC: For starters The Collective imploded.
Apter: I think that’s an understatement. Take a look.
(Footage from St. Valentine’s Day Massacre) The Sheik even looked as if he was going to throw a FIRE BALL but couldn’t get it lit and Olympia grabbed him in a SLEEPERHOLD. GMC: Jason Marcus is standing by in the dressing room with Kototenzan.
(Jason Marcus and Kototenzan are in the dressing room interview area.)
Marcus: Thanks, guys. Kototenzan, can you tell us what happened last Thursday?
Kototenzan: Look, just call me Tenta. Kototenzan was a name I used a long time ago that Farouk insisted I use for the sake of the team. Farouk is an idiot. A selfish idiot that’s out for himself and to protect The Sheik. I was the Rocky Mountain Heavyweight Champion when I joined the Collective. Farouk knew there was no way his man could defeat me so you know the old saying. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. I dropped the title and Farouk insisted I team with Kokina. That way I’d be out of the heavyweight title picture. Well as you can see, The Sheik and Farouk have bailed and I’m not interested in tag teams anymore. I’ve got my sights set on the Rocky Mountain Heavyweight Title. And I’m prepared to do what it takes to get it.
Marcus: A determined Tenta seems to be his own man and taking orders from no one but himself. Back to you at ringside.
Apter: Thanks Jason. Up next is a man who met a chain at St. Valentine’s Day Massacre . . . and it wasn’t a happy ending.
2 Cold Scorpio vs. The Grappler Scorpio beat Grappler with a SCORPIO SPLASH.
(break)
Apter: Coming up this Sunday, RMWA hosts LWA Deuces Wild II at the Pepsi Center and only on pay-per-view.
GMC: This will mark the one year anniversary of the LWA and it should be a grand night.
Apter: Several matches have been signed including a very important one that was a result of incidents at St. Valentine’s Day Massacre.
(Footage from St. Valentine’s Day Massacre.) (The Destroyer is in the ring with Madkanter, who is in the middle of the ring with a mic.)

(Madkanter is beside himself and turns to face The Destroyer. Destroyer and Madkanter have a very heated discussion and when Madkanter turns to address Weirdjerod again, The Destroyer levels him with a clothesline. Harley Race hits the ring and the ref rings the bell as Madkanter rolls out of the ring.)
GMC: And now these two promoters now have a Coal Miner’s Glove Match on their horizon.
Apter: We still have no idea who the guest referee is going to be though.
Scott Norton vs. Kokina Norton was disqualified when he rammed Kokina’s head into the ringpost outside the ring against the ref’s warning.
(break)
Apter: Another match that we’ll see this Sunday is Rocky Mountain Television Champion Bison Smith taking on Bobo Brazil from GLWA.
GMC: Right now he’ll meet Killer Khan in a non-title match.
Non-title Match Killer Khan vs. Rocky Mountain Television Champion Bison Smith Smith showing how powerful he is, beat Khan with an iron claw slam.
(break)
Fritz Von Goering vs. Danny Hodge Hodge pinned Von Goering with an OKLAHOMA SIDE ROLL.
(break)
Apter: Also announced for this Sunday’s Deuce’s Wild II is a match for the LLI Middleweight Title. Newly crowned champ Ultimo Dragon, who obviously had a very successful tour of Mexico, the last couple of weeks, will defend the belt against the man he won it from, Averno.
GMC: Plus, Harley Race has challenged former GLWA Heavyweight Champion the Iron Sheik.
Apter: Our next match may look a little lopsided as far as the opponents but it should be a great pay-per-view warm up for all involved.
Rocky Mountain Cruiserweight Champion Tiger Mask & LLI Middleweight Champion Ultimo Dragon vs. Rocky Mountain Heavyweight Champion Harley Race & Larry “The Axe” Hennig Race pinned Tiger Mask after TM missed a turnbuckle charge.
(break)
Apter: Now it’s time for tonight’s main event.
GMC: The Steiners have tried very hard to regain the tag belts since losing them several weeks ago.
Apter: They’ve come up short thus far, let’s see if tonight’s fate will be different.
Rocky Mountain Tag Team Title Match Rick & Scott Steiner vs. Rocky Mountain Tag Team Champions Pierre & Damien Vachon Rick pinned Damien when Damien missed a turnbuckle charge to win the titles.
Apter: The Steiners are once again Rocky Mountain Tag Team Champions.
GMC: Yes, their perseverance has paid off.
Apter: We’re out of time. We will see you this Sunday for LWA Deuce’s Wild II. Stay tuned for The Jason Marcus Chronicles. For Gary Michael Cappetta, I’m Bill Apter saying we’ll see you at the matches.

[glow=red,2,300]THE JASON MARCUS CHRONICLES #5[/glow]
(Jason Marcus is backstage after Rocky Mountain Madness.)
Marcus: It’s been a while but here I am with another installment of the Jason Marcus Chronicles. Wow, it has definitely been a whirlwind backstage this last week. And from what I understand this is just the tip of the iceberg. Just to let you folks know I have an interview scheduled with Promoter Madkanter in about 10 minutes so I have a little bit of time to kill. What better way to do that than a conversation with the newly crowned Rocky Mountain Heavyweight Champion Harley Race. Mr. Race, first off – congratulations on the unexpected title victory.
Race: Unexpected? Did you not expect me to win this belt back?
Marcus: Um . . . er . . . what I meant was the chance at St. Valentine’s Day Massacre was unexpected.
Race: That it was. But it just goes to show you these great fans know who the best wrestler on God’s green Earth is and that he always deserves a shot at a belt.
Marcus: I completely agree. Now, what about your match this Sunday with the Iron Sheik at Deuce’s Wild II?
Race: It has been way too long since Harley Race was at the top of the LWA. I am on my way back there. I started out by winning this belt that’s around my waist. Next I have to work my way back up the ladder into contention for the LWA World Heavyweight Title. That starts this Sunday against a highly ranked opponent. Mark my words, Harley Race will be LWA World Heavyweight Champion at some point this year.
Marcus: I look forward to seeing it. Good luck, Mr. Race. I am now on my way to Madkanter’s backstage office for our scheduled interview.
(Jason Marcus knocks on the door to Madkanter’s office and is told to enter.)
Thanks for this time. First off, how is the training for Deuces Wild II going?
Madkanter: Trust me, I’ll be ready for anything Weirdjerod has to throw at me.
Marcus: Any clues on who the guest referee is going to be?
Madkanter: I’m keeping that close to the vest but when it is revealed, my choice will make perfect sense. Now, on to other things. Not to look passed Deuces Wild II but we will have an event called Leap Day Loserfest on Friday, February 29th. There will be three 10 man battle royals with the winners facing each other in a Triple Threat Match in the main event.
Marcus: What will the winner of the Triple Threat Match get?
(Madkanter’s cell phone rings.)
Madkanter: My apologies, Jason, but I have to take this call. Thanks for your time.
Marcus: But Madkanter . . . what about the winner of the Triple Threat Match.
(Madkanter ignores Jason Marcus, deep in conversation on his cell phone.)
Marcus: There you have it. Another big event here in RMWA to end out the month. Things are always exciting here in the land of the Rocky Mountains. Until next time, have a good night.

[glow=red,2,300]LEAP DAY LOSERFEST[/glow] 2-29-08 Dome of Doom Arena-Auditorium Laramie, WY
(LDL intro)
(Bill Apter and Gary Michael Cappetta sit at the ringside announce position.)
Apter: Good evening and welcome to what may prove to be one of the most innovative supercards ever produced. I’m Bill Apter, along with Gary Michael Cappetta.
GMC: You may be right Bill. Tonight we have three 10-man battle royals scheduled, the winner of each will face off in a final Triple Threat Match to determine the ultimate winner.
Apter: The winner of what, I’m not sure. We have not been able to get a straight answer as to what the winner of this match wins.
GMC: I would suspect it to be something like a title shot but I can’t be certain.
Apter: You could be right, Gary. As a special feature tonight, we have a sort of rematch from last Sunday’s Deuce’s Wild II pay-per-view.
GMC: That’s right. In a special tag team match Rocky Mountain Heavyweight Champion Harley Race teams with our promoter, Madkanter to take on The Destryoer and PNW Promoter Weirdjerod.
Apter: Hopefully Madkanter can gain a measure of revenge for what happened to him at Deuces Wild. Let’s head to the ring for tonight’s first battle royal.
Battle Royal 1 Participants: Justin Credible, Haku, Black Gordman, Great Goliath, Danny Hodge, 2 Cold Scorpio, Fritz Von Goering, Rick Steiner, Scott Steiner, “Bruiser” Bob Sweetan Highlights: Sweetan tried to eliminate Credible. Scorpio charged in to make the save but Sweetan back dropped him over the top rope. Credible eliminated Sweetan. Haku eliminated Credible. Von Goering eliminated Haku. (break)
Von Goering elminated Hodge. Von Goering tried to eliminated Rick Steiner. Scott charged in to make the save but Von Goering moved. The Steiners collided and both toppled over the top rope to the floor. Goliath eliminated Von Goering. Goliath eliminated Gordman Winner: Great Goliath
Apter: The Great Goliath advances to the Triple Threat Final. Who will join him? We’ll find out who one of those men are after the break.
(break)
Battle Royal 2 Participants: Billy “Red” Lyons, Yukon Eric. Steve Keirn, Mr. Olympia, The Grappler, Bison Smith, Tenta, Kokina, Ultimo Dragon, Larry “The Axe” Hennig Highlights: Lyons eliminated Keirn. Olympia elminated Lyons. Eric tried to eliminate Olympia but Grappler snuck up from behind and tossed Eric out of the ring. Grappler eliminated Smith. Olympia and Grappler eliminated Tenta.
(break)
Kokina tired to eliminate Grappler but Olympia made the save. Olympia, Grappler and Hennig amazingly eliminated Kokina. Olympia eliminated Dragon. Hennig eliminated Olympia. Grappler eliminated Hennig. Winner: The Grappler
Apter: The Grappler joins Great Goliath in the final match.
GMC: We still don’t know what they’re going to win but it should be good.
Apter: The final battle royal is up next.
(break)
Battle Royal 3 Participants: Killer Khan, Wayne Bloom, Mike Enos, Papa Shango, Great Kabuki, Pierre Vachon, Damien Vachon, Scott Norton, Tiger Mask, Bob Backlund Highlights: Tiger Mask tried to eliminate Kabuki but Khan made the save. Khan eliminated Tiger Mask. Backlund tried to eliminate Khan but Shango snuck up from behind and dumped Backlund over the top to the floor. Khan eliminated Norton.
(break)
Khan tried to eliminate Pierre. Damien tried to make the save but Khan moved and the Vachons collided sending Pierre over the top. Khan eliminated Damien. Khan tried to eliminate Bloom but Kabuki made the save. Kabuki tried to eliminate Bloom. Enos charged in to make the save but Kabuki moved. Enos collided with Bloom, sending both men out of the ring. Khan eliminated Shango. Khan eliminated Kabuki. Winner: Killer Khan
(break)
Apter: The Triple Threat Final has been set. It’ll be Killer Khan, The Grappler and Great Goliath.
GMC: But right now is the special tag team attraction. And it looks like Madkanter wants a piece of Weirdjerod.
Madkanter & Harley Race vs. Weirdjerod & The Destroyer This was a spectacular battle. Kanter really came to fight and took it to both Weirdjerod and The Destroyer. Race and Destroyer had a great brawl as well. Jerod stayed away from Race but Race still managed to get in a couple of licks. The end came when Madkanter produced the Mascara Loca mask and put it on. Then Madkanter trapped Jerod in a cross arm breaker and forced him to submit.
(break)
Apter: That last match was great to see.
GMC: Yeah, Madkanter finally gave Weirdjerod what he deserved.
Apter: Now it’s on to our Triple Threat Final.
GMC: And to find out what the winner gets.
Triple Threat Match Great Goliath vs. The Grappler vs. Killer Khan All three of these men battled hard. Khan held the advantage for most of the match then he was knocked out of the ring by Goliath. Goliath attempted a flying splash on Grappler but Grappler moved and Goliath crashed to the mat. Grappler pinned Goliath before Khan could be back in the ring. After the match, Madkanter came down to the ring, still in his wrestling gear, and grabbed a mic as he entered the ring to greet an excited Grappler.
Madkanter: Congratulations Grappler on winning both the qualifying battle royal and the Triple Threat Final. I hold here in my hand an envelope with your prize.
(Madkanter hands the envelope to Grappler who opens it to see the contents.)
You will see in the envelope is a check for $10,000. You will also find your pink slip. The prize for winning this tournament was your dismissal from the company. Consider the $10,000 a severance package. That’s why I called this Leap Day Loserfest. The winner is actually the ultimate loser. Ladies and gentlemen, I hope you enjoyed all of tonight’s action. I would like to thank all the fans of RMWA and hope you will continue to support us as we try to give you the best wrestling action we can offer. Good night.
(Fade to black.)
