Pistons take Brandon Knight. I'm not thrilled with that pick considering their needs but I guess he was the best value for where they were picking at.

Not much of a talent poll this year, really. I'm surprised Kemba Walker slipped so low.
I saw a cool article about Jimmer Fredette yesterday.. the first line was 'Is Jimmer Fredette the next Steve Nash... or Dan Dickau?'
I think the latter, myself (though I still don't get why Utah didn't draft Dickau... the marketing alone would have been worth it).. and 10 is WAY too high him.

It just isn't the draft until the Knicks do something stupid. Glad to see this organization is still run by shitheads.

I don't get why everyone is so up in arms over Deron Williams going to Turkey to play.
It amuses me that the sports media is always so obsessed with American fans being racist but they're so anti-Europe when it comes to the NBA. I think if Dirk had been an American he wouldn't have taken half the shit he did from the media.

The NBA is not the NFL thats for sure and both sides of the NBA are far apart from the reports. Owners offered 50-50 in revenue sharing but nope the players declined and there are more reasons just then the revenue sharing thats stopping them from making a deal. Oh well fans will return to watch the NBA once they return, but sooner or later these lockouts will cause a league a major loss or closing it's doors...

The big rumor i heard recently was Rondo to New Orleans for Chris Paul. That would be conditioned on Paul signing an extension with Boston and I am sure there would be more involved also. Seems like Boston is shopping Rondo around a lot this off season.

The soon to be Brooklyn Nets are trying to get Dwight Howard from Orkando, we'll see if that works out for the Nets...

I don't think the Celts are shopping Rondo... he's just the only asset they have to trade, so hence rumors start. I'd be shocked and appalled if they traded him... I'm MUCH rather him than Chris Paul.
I do think they'll make a very strong run at Dwight Howard.

Deron Williams is refusing to sign an extension with the Nets. Good for him, stick it to that shitty franchise.

Thats a Big line-up and with those games I'd say they will have some rust written on them. If any Season was the best time for Miami to win would be this shorten 2011-12 season, but we'll see how it all pans out...
Oh and what a joke with Deron Williams playing 15 games for some overseas team and they retired his Jersey Number, I'm glad that jackass won't be back with my Nets...

I agree about Miami. If they can't steal a ring in this chaos, then they'll never, ever get one.
I tend to think the Bulls might scoop up a couple of names and beat the Heat this time around but we'll see.
